Beginner class. Students will learn various skills including jump in and turnarounds, rolling from front to back/back to front float and recovery, independent front propulsion and assisted back propulsion of 2mtrs.
Seals
Learning and developing skills for older swimmers

Beginner class. Suited to older students with no skills or high level of fear. Students will learn various skills including safety, breath control, kicking, body position and propulsion
