Suitable for those with no fear of water.

Adult learn to swim session for 2 to develop skills for fun &/or fitness. Suitable for all levels, no fear.

Overcoming Aquaphobia
Objective: to help non-swimmers grow a love for water and teach the skills needed to recognise and execute safe practices in water so that with time and practice the fear diminishes and in many instances disappears completely.
Initial Meeting - PAR questionnaire
Up to 1hr sit down session. NO SWIMMING. Coach/client ratio 1:1
Initial chat, completion of questionnaire and calculation of degree of aquaphobia and any questions from client are answered.

Suitable for beginner - non-swimmer with a moderate to high level of fear.
PAR score of 70% or more*
*Aquaphobia PAR questionnaire to be completed prior to booking if client holds any fear of water.
